At the same time, the video needs to highlight how its construction solutions effectively address Taiwan’s urban parking challenges, with a focus on the modernization and technological applications in parking facilities. The video must balance authenticity and persuasiveness, targeting audiences such as government agencies, businesses, and the general public.

To emphasize Baihui Construction's professionalism and credibility, Geber Brand Marketing Consulting Co., Ltd. created a video primarily focused on interviews. The video features interviews with industry leaders and office workers, using their real-life stories and needs to highlight the severity of Taiwan's parking issues and the urgency of finding solutions.
The video opens with data, such as the staggering number of motorcycles in Taiwan, to underline the importance of parking facility development. It then showcases Baihui Construction’s real-world projects and highlights the innovative technologies used, such as smart parking management systems and automated parking solutions.
