Background
Ketech is a professional instrument company focusing on the on-line process monitoring business. Starting as a distributor of international brands of analytical instruments in Taiwan, Ketech has now developed its own R&D department and its own brand--- Chemmit.
Due to the lack of marketing knowledge, Chemmit found it difficult to raise brand awareness and find new ways to expand beyond its current market. Geber Brand Consulting Diagnosed, Discovered and Internalized the new Chemmit brand positioning and brand image.

Build up strategy
To understand the company and its major problems, Geber first had an audit with the managers at Ketech. By implementing market research and competitor analysis, Geber helped Chemmit establish the clear mission, vision and values, and developed a strong brand strategy. In addition, Geber created the distributor strategy to help Chemmit find the appropriate partners in the target markets of South-East Asia. Besides creating strategies, Geber also designed corporate identity system, and internalized the brand through several workshops.
