As the world's second-largest forged wheel brand, SAI focuses on providing high-end, customized, lightweight forging solutions for the mobility and aerospace industries. Over the years, it has actively invested in and mastered key technologies, offering market-leading solutions to clients, including several internationally renowned supercar and automotive brands. SAI also plans to go public to enhance business collaboration and pursue greater brand influence.

In the past, SAI’s brand visuals lacked professionalism and an international image, making it difficult to closely connect with its high-end, customized services. Additionally, SAI’s brand communication strategy has leaned toward a technical, capability-driven approach, lacking a focus on conveying the core values of the overall corporate brand. Therefore, through brand renewal, SAI aims to build a brand image that reflects its core and unique qualities, enhancing brand recognition and establishing a foundation to convey brand value effectively through appropriate marketing in the future.

Brand Strategy Development

Through in-depth internal and external insights and market analysis,Geber assisted SAI in understanding the current direction of its corporate development and its competitive strengths and weaknesses. This helped establish a brand development strategy that positions SAI in the market as a "Global Leader." By highlighting "sustainability" and "customization" as core competitive strengths, SAI differentiates itself from competitors. The brand slogan "Forging the Future" was created to communicate the brand’s core values and future outlook.

Brand Asset Building

Geber crafted a brand story for SAI that showcases its unique competitive advantages and brand spirit, emphasizing the value and tangible impact SAI creates for the environment. This enhanced SAI’s image in the eyes of key clients and end consumers.

Brand Identity Design

SAI’s original logo did not align with its high-end positioning and international image; the structured logo felt outdated. We supported SAI by refining its visual branding, conducting an in-depth analysis of industry competitors, and optimizing the stroke weights of the typography for improved logo balance. We emphasized the design of the letter "A" and incorporated sleek angles and rounded corners in the letter "S," creating consistent, harmonious design features across the letters. Additionally, the GeBo team designed a comprehensive brand identity system and applications, including a new official website. This system unified brand representation across various mediums, from the website and exhibition banners to presentation templates and business cards, establishing a distinctive brand style for SAI and reinforcing brand strength through visual identity.

Launch Event Visual Design

Product launches positively impact corporate promotion, raising brand awareness. The GeBo team assisted SAI by designing the event visuals and planning the setup, applying the renewed brand visuals to the event’s layout. This approach enhanced brand recognition and allowed SAI to communicate a complete, professional brand image to the public, helping SAI project a unique, striking image.
