Previously, SRI's brand visuals lacked professionalism and an international appeal, making it challenging to associate its identity with its procurement agency services. In terms of brand communication strategy, SRI focused primarily on technical capabilities, failing to articulate the core values of the company’s brand as a whole. To address this, SRI sought a comprehensive brand transformation to build a distinctive identity that embodies its core values and unique qualities. This transformation aims to enhance the company’s brand recognition and ensure its future marketing efforts effectively communicate its brand value.

Brand Strategy Development
Through internal and external audits and market analysis, 格博 (Gerbo) assisted SRI in understanding the current development direction of the company, as well as its competitive advantages and disadvantages. This led to the establishment of SRI's brand positioning around being "Efficient," "Sustainable," and a "One-Stop Solution Provider." This positioning conveys the core values and capabilities of SRI. Further, the slogan "One Stop Solution from Sourcing to Success" was crafted to communicate brand value and emphasize SRI's comprehensive services, ranging from procurement agency to e-commerce sales, effectively differentiating SRI from competitors while building a clear and cohesive brand image.
Brand Identity Design
SRI's original logo lacked a strong connection to its industry and required enhancements to convey professionalism and stability as a B2B company. After conducting an in-depth review of SRI's brand visuals and a thorough competitive analysis within the industry, the Gerbo design team refined the typography of the SRI logo. By incorporating angled lines and visual layers inspired by the logo's slanted elements, the new design reflects SRI's professional expertise in procurement. Additionally, the extended strokes of the logo, combined with font characteristics featuring dynamic thickness, visually represent the brand's proactive and efficient "one-stop service" culture and positioning. Gerbo developed a comprehensive brand identity system, including applications such as the website, exhibition banners, presentation templates, and business cards, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms. This full-scale redesign created a distinctive brand style that visually reinforces SRI’s brand strength.
Brand Training Workshop
For a corporate brand to grow sustainably and promote itself effectively, establishing deep internal brand communication is essential.
